Why are Reviews so important for us?
In the last five years or so the content of online reviews on sites like Yelp, Glassdoor, Trip Advisor, and even Facebook can mean the difference between success and failure for small companies like us – particularly providing chatline services. Many users of our chatlines are shy about leaving us a review, even where it can be done reasonably anonymously.

Not All Reviews are Made Equal
It may seem obvious that positive reviews are a good thing and negative reviews are a bad thing, but actually having no reviews at all can also have a negative impact on our easyChatline Services.

Finding little to no information tells them that it’s either a new business and therefore they shouldn’t subject themselves to being the proverbial “guinea pig.” – even though easy-dial and easychatline have been around for over 20 years.
New Site so we need New Reviews!
Just a few positive reviews can reassure potential customers that we are worth checking out.

We Won’t Fake It
With all the talk of “fake news” these days, people are increasingly skeptical and jaded. 27 percent of consumers only trust reviews, and that’s if they believe they are legitimate.
If we get some negative reviews, our response will be to acknowledge the problem and improve the service.
